We use "Light Detection and Ranging" technology combined with camera systems that capture high-quality 3D images as well as effective lighting techniques to create stunning 360-degree virtual tours of structures and spaces. Other benefits:

room descriptions and other structural details to ANSI and RECA standards
Ability to add tags in the 3D virtual tour for notes, photos stills
Easy to add 3D Virtual Tour links to MLS listings, embed in websites or add to Google Maps / Streetview
Base flat rate:
$300 for a typical two-level structure measuring approximately 3000 square feet.
Travel to and from sites:
Billed at a rate of .90 cents per kilometre.
Additional Fees:
Applicable taxes.
Extra square footage is priced at .10 cents per square foot above our flat fee for larger structures
Navigating between the levels of your structure is simple through an intuitive web-based user interface that works from your desktop, tablet or smartphone devices. Each level of a building is scanned separately. Separate PDF floor plans for each level are produced and can be downloaded and printed. No need to upload any additional software or apps.
