How do our imaging services work?

Step 1. Inquire

Fill out the form from the service you are interested in to tell us more about the space you would like documented and the type of documentation you are looking for. Are you wanting a virtual 360˚ tour, to book an in-person training course, or something else?

Step 2. secure your spot

We will send you an email with your free quote along with a scheduler to choose a time that works for you, and an invoice to pay. Once you’ve chosen your date and paid the invoice, your spot will be secured! Want to learn more about our fees? Check out the Rates page.

Step 3. capture

A documenter from our team will arrive on site to capture the space according to the specifications collected during step 1. This process usually takes around 1 hour, depending on the size of the space and the type of documentation required.

Step 4. Receive your files

We will send you your final files within 48 hours! This may include still photographs, motion video, LiDAR scans, 2D floor plans, and/or code files to embed the content directly on to your website!
