Base flat rate - $300
Includes one hour of on site LiDAR or Aerial Drone services, post production and delivery of images
Deliverables for LiDAR service include a link to interactive 3D photo tour, 2D PDF floor plans, list of room measurements.
Deliverables for Aerial Drone service include download link for all still and video images obtained during site attendance.
Additional hourly RATE - $150
Rate for each additional hour required on site. This applies when completing LiDAR scans of larger buildings or documenting larger incidents.
travel - $.90cents / KILOMETER
Rate for mileage to and from sites
Xactimate file output - .5 cents/ sq ft
Optional add on services
3D Floorplanner file output - $150
